First number is before weight. Middle number is current weight. Last number is goal weight.

Day Six

   I've hit a plateau! :^O But it could be that last night after school I had a taco at Picante and I shouldn't have. Sadly, their tacos are super yummy. The good part about my slip is that I only had one when I could have had three!!!
   Today I weighed in at 181 lbs...AGAIN. But I'm not letting that get me down...I can do this!

  1. Like I told you it is hard when you go out to eat. I had to bring my food with me where ever I went. Keep cooking your food ahead of time and like I am sure you know it is a lot better. The fried chicken I found to be the best. I even used the coating for the fried chicken for by turkey burgers. Messy to make but the turkey didn't taste so bad. Did you get the cookbook? Keep going and let me know if you need anything.
