First number is before weight. Middle number is current weight. Last number is goal weight.

Round 4, Day 3

   I forgot to weigh myself when I started, but I'm sure it's not where I should be. I'll be good tomorrow and weigh myself then. I know I did gain some weight back since the last time I did the protocol. Bad me. However...I'm on my way again to a better me...and...A Skinnier Julee!
