First number is before weight. Middle number is current weight. Last number is goal weight.

Round 3

   I started Round 3 on January 8th this year. I weighed 176 lbs. and weighed that for the next two days. On January 11th I dropped to 173.6 lbs. I didn't drop the weight as fast as I would have liked and the weight went like so:
   •January 13 - 172
   •January 14 - 171.2
   •January 16 - 173.8
   •January 17 - 176 - OUCH!!!
   •January 18 - 172.4
   •January 19 - 174
   •January 21 - 171.2 - started a long plateau I could not break and then I stopped keeping track of my weight loss and stopped the drops.
